Updated January 2021

We would like to reassure all of our customers that we are
still open for business
in accordance with governmental permissions regarding cycle shops.

We are a close-knit team working out of an isolated rural location, which is enabling us to continue our work at this difficult time.

We are taking this situation very seriously and doing everything that we can to keep both our staff and customers as safe as possible.

Our aim is to repair your frames so that you can continue exercising responsibly.

What we are doing

  • Maintaining advised social distancing both in and outside of the workplace.

  • Adhering to the lockdown guidance when not in work.

  • Following strict hygiene protocol that includes frequent handwashing, using hand sanitizers, and wearing appropriately graded PPE (already a necessity for the type of work we do).

  • Only allowing staff to enter our premises, unless absolutely necessary.

  • Cleaning all frames/items that arrive, and before they leave.

  • Carefully monitoring our own health and well-being.

What we would like our customers to do

  • Drop off / collect items by appointment only. You can make an appointment by contacting us via any of the usual channels, or online here.

  • On arrival, simply honk your horn and a staff member will come to meet you. Weather permitting, our staff will conduct business with you outside.

  • If you absolutely must enter the workshop, you must be wearing a mask. Without a mask you will not be permitted inside.

  • Maintain advised 2-metre social distancing when dropping off or collecting items.

  • Keep visits short and sweet. We'll do most of our talking over the phone.

  • Settle any outstanding bills prior to collection. Online or phone payments only at this time, no cash payments.

Courier Option

Our courier is also fully operational, and so if you would like to arrange for your frame to be collected from your home, it's not a problem.
