WARRANTY

All of our carbon repairs come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty

At Target Composites Ltd we consider ourselves to be decent and hardworking, taking pride in our work and service.

 

We will always strive to do the right thing by our customers, quite often going out of our way to help. Unfortunately, this highly litigious society we now live in, means we have to have T&C’s just like every other business.

We like to keep things simple, but if you have any questions about anything here, feel free to ask and we’ll do our best to help.

SUMMARY

  • Target Composites Ltd offer a Lifetime Limited Carbon Repair Warranty on all carbon repair work* carried out on frames.

  • The warranty is available only to the owner of the bike at the time of the repair, it is non-transferable.

  • If you wish to make a claim under the warranty, and following inspection, we accept that the issue presented is due to a failure of the repair, we will repair it again free of charge.

  • Target Composites Ltd Lifetime Limited Carbon Repair Warranty does not cover repairs due to damage deemed to be as a result of a manufacturing defect, damage from normal wear and tear, defects or failures from abuse, neglect, modification, or damage due to exceeding recommended torque levels (over-tightening of components).

PRIVACY POLICY

Target Composites Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and security. This policy explains how and why we use your personal data, to ensure you remain informed and in control of your information. A summary of the important points is below:

  • We will only use the personal information you give us in order to help us carry out the work you have asked us to do.

  • We do not send marketing emails or spam. If we contact you, it is directly to do with the work you have asked us to do.

  • We will not sell your information to any other party. Ever.

  • We do not store payment card details or any other financial information.
