THE PROCESS
Referral.
Send us the details of the claim in whichever format suits you best, or simply use the link below.
Collection.
We will contact the client to arrange the courier collection of their bike for inspection, or for them to drop off with us where possible.
Inspection.
We will let you know when the bike is received with us, and carry out the inspection within 1-2 weeks.
Report.
A comprehensive report, supported by photographs and pricing, will be emailed over to the relevant claim's handler, enabling them to make an informed decision as to how to proceed.
Authorisation.
Once work is authorised, we will issue a completion date for the work requested.
Completion.
When work is complete, we will email over photos along with the invoice.
Return.
When the claim's handler has released the bike, we will contact the client to arrange the return.

Turnaround times begin when we receive the bike/item, or when we have received authorisation to proceed with selected work.
These turnaround times do not include mechanical work, which may be subject to arrival of parts ordered.
COLLECTION
In partnership with our courier, we offer a full collection service, making the process the easiest it can be for you and your client.
Our courier can deliver a cardboard bike box (incl. packaging), and when packaged, collect it ready for inspection.
DELIVERY
Once work is complete, the client's bike is packaged securely ready for return via overnight tracked courier.
Bespoke courier options are available that do not require the bike to be partially stripped and packaged for transit.
